U.S. Cancer Rate-Death Rate Combo Drops for 1st Time

During the last week of November 2008, the American Cancer Society released encouraging numbers about the lowering of U.S. cancer death rates. It was reported on national evening news programs that the death rate from prostate cancer was down an additional 1 percent.
