Getting Started

• To build a Gallery page you will need to sign up and create a username and password that you can use to manage your account in the future.  If you do not have an account click here to fill out the form. It's free.
  
• After, you will be able to add information about the person for whom you are creating the page.  The required fields are first and last name, but if you'd like your page to be searchable by city, state and country you will need to fill in the additional fields.
  
• You will then be directed to customize your Gallery page.

Edit/Customize Your Gallery Page

• After you have logged in, click the link "Edit Gallery Pages," on your account page.
  
• If you've created more than one Gallery page, select the page you wish to edit from the menu at the top by selecting the honoree's name.
  
• By default, you will see the Gallery page as it appears to other visitors to Honor Gallery. To enter your own text and images, use the toggle to switch from "Preview Page" to "Edit Page."
  
  
  
  
• When you have switched to the edit mode, select the area you wish to edit by using the drop-down menu labeled "--- Select a field ---". Select one of the following areas and click the 'Edit' button:
  
  
  • Subtitle: The subtitle of the page is a brief line about the honoree. The default is "A Remarkable Man".
    
  • Description: This is where you can share your thoughts about the person.
    
  • Slideshow: You can submit up to 10 pictures to appear in the slideshow on your Gallery page. Click an empty image border...
    
    
    
    
    
    A window will open allowing you to browse through the files on your computer to select your desired image for upload. You may do this for as few or as many of the empty placeholders as you wish.
    
    
    
    
    
    You have the option to add captions in the text field next to the numbers.  To remove the default picture click on the red X next to the picture.
    (Note: when you have uploaded your images, be sure to click the 'Save' button at the bottom in order for your additions to be saved.)
• If your pictures are too large to upload, they need to be reduced in size.  You can use an online tool such as http://www.shrinkpictures.com/ or basic photo editing software.

Manage Appreciations

In the event that your Gallery page receives an appreciation that you feel does not belong, use this area to delete it. Simply click the 'Delete' link next to the appreciation you wish to remove.

Email Center

Use the email center to notify your family and friends about the page(s) you have created. All you need to do is provide a subject line for the email, an optional message to accompany your email, and email addresses for the recipients.

• Subject: The subject is what the recipients of your email will see as the email subject line. It should clearly state what the email is about. The clearer your subject line, the less likely your recipients are to think the email is unsolicited junk mail.
  
  
  
  
  
• Select memorial: If you have created more than one Gallery page, you must select the honoree name for which you are sending email. Do this using the menu below the subject field.
  
  
  
  
  
• Addresses: You may send the email to up to 20 people at the same time. Use the drop-down menu at the bottom to select the number of recipients.
  
  
  
  
  
  When you are done, you may click 'Preview' to see the email as it will be seen by those who receive it, or you may click 'Send' to send the email.

View Report

This page will show you who has donated to your Gallery page and the total funds your Gallery page has earned for the Prostate Cancer Foundation.

Set Email Notifications

As the Gallery page's administrator, you will receive an email whenever someone has added an appreciation to your Gallery page or made a donation through your page. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you can turn them off using the check boxes on this page.
