PCF News: Celebrating Father's Day

As we move into June, it's time to start thinking about the special men in our lives. Here are some ways to show that you appreciate the man in your life who has been impacted by prostate cancer:

Watch some baseball. This year PCF kicks off its annual baseball program, the Home Run Challenge, with a daily video contest.  From June 1st through 21st, correctly guess the name of a mystery baseball personality and you could win an autographed ball.

Take in a round of golf.  Participating courses are adding a dollar to their green fees. The dollar will be donated to the PCF to support research.

Host a barbecue with these recipes and safe grilling tips from Chef Beth Ginsberg.

Do something unexpected and send him flowers. Teleflora is teaming up with PCF to help raise awareness for prostate cancer and raise funds for advanced research. A portion of the sales proceeds from Teleflora’s new baseball-themed bouquets, Big Hit or Play Ball will come to the PCF.

Give him the gift of blueberry green tea along with a PCF mug.  The PCF Store now has a variety of gift sets. Show him you care with a purchase that supports research.
