Arizona Diamondbacks Home Runs: 4 |
| Player Rep: Eric Byrnes |
Eric Byrnes had an amazing 2007 season; collecting a 20 home run and 50 stolen base season, hit home runs in back-to-back games on 3 occasions, and entered the All-Star break with 110 hits, the highest first half total of his career. But 2008 was not as successful for Byrnes, in May 2008 he was placed on the 15-DL with sore hamstrings for the first time in his career. Byrnes will be back in action and stronger than ever for the 2009 season.
During the season Byrnes hosts his own TV show, called “The Eric Byrnes Show”. The half-hour show gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at Byrnes’ personal life and the Arizona Diamondbacks.
