What are the shipping and handling fees?
The shipping and handling depends on the total cost of the items.

All international orders incur an additional fee.
This fee is 10% of the subtotal before standard S & H costs.
If I also make a donation, does this amount increase my S & H charge?
No, additional donations do not count towards these totals. So, a $5 order plus a $20 donation would have a $4.95 shipping charge not a $7.50 charge.
What if I do not want to order online?
You can call us at 1-800-757-CURE (2873) and we'd be happy to take your order over the phone. Please have your credit card information ready when you call.
Can I mail in an order?
Certainly. Just use the online shopping cart and when you reach the payment screen, select 'Fax or mail in form with payment. Print out the dorm and send it in with your payment.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for a domestic order and 4-5 weeks for international orders. If you mail in your order, please allow additional time for delivery.
